For schedule reminders and such this may be of benefit. But I'm not sure this will work for someone like myself who has spent years putting off what one doesn't want to do.

Procrastination is a flag that something is not right in one's life and self examination is needed. If one procrastinates on the examination that is an infinite loop and outside help will be needed to break through.
