Mr. Secondino is a creative and technology-savvy executive with a background in business management, sales, consulting, and information technologies, which is blended with graphic arts experience and a personal interest in audio, video, photography, and music. His recent career focus is on helping customers achieve their goals by evaluating their needs and then developing custom solutions which combine creative, education and technical services together with software and hardware products. He's had considerable success generating revenue for previous employers. For example, he produced millions of dollars in both new and preserved sales during the five years he was with Eastman Kodak.
As the Director of Software and Application Support at ECRM Imaging Systems, he produced a plan defining a new business in customer application training, remote support, and software integration services. He established a group of application specialists who then set up software customer support, training and product integration. Operating in an ISO 9002 and TQM environment, the group evaluated software and hardware components for inclusion into new CTP and existing CTF products which enabled comprehensive and flexible customer solutions. He also was a member of the business development group working to expand OEM relationships.
When working with Align, Co. he designed and built networked digital media production systems that employed color management. He also consulted on cross-media publishing with digital content.
At Augment Systems, Inc., he held a key consultant position and working with an account management team took sales from zero to $1.2 million in 18 months. He directed the technical sales team and provided global support for business development.
While at E Press Graphics, he provided professional services to domestic and international Kodak business units and their customers.
He has also furnished consulting and training services to Lotus Development Corporation and The Boston Computer Society.
